The pool area lacked proper maintenance with some hygiene issues!!! The elevators seemed to be in dire need of an update, as they appeared outdated and poorly maintained. It would be nice to see more focus on cleaning common areas!!!

The breakfast offerings were excellent, catering to various tastes, and the staff exhibited commendable friendliness. However, the inadequate pool towels left much to be desired, and issues like a slow shower drain and malfunctioning jacuzzi noted significant health concerns. Overall, the hallways were disruptive due to noise from boisterous families.

I really enjoyed my 5-night stay! The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was a hit with my family, and we loved chilling at the picnic area. Only thing was, the pool was kinda over-chlorinated, but we made up for it with the fun times elsewhere!

We loved the warm pool that made every swim so enjoyable, and the delicious breakfast options kept our energy up for the day! Plus, the clean rooms were a pleasant surprise.

The room was clean, with a comfy sofa bed, microwave, and refrigerator for snacks. The indoor swimming pool was great for our kids. The fitness center was a nice perk for us adults. Breakfast had a solid selection, including warm cinnamon rolls and plenty of juice options.

The Standard Room with Two Queen Beds was decent. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean, which is always a plus. I liked having USB ports available for charging devices. The bathroom was basic but functional, nothing fancy. The soundproofing could've been better. I heard noises from the hall and adjacent rooms. Overall, it was a standard stay with the usual hotel vibes.

Just a heads up, the pet fee wasn't mentioned at check-in, but they sorted it out quickly, so it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The condition of the room left much to be desired—unexpectedly absent coffee-making equipment, moldy caulking around the bathroom fixtures, and overall maintenance issues like cracked lamp shades and a muddied appearance of the elevator. The hot tub was visibly yellow and emitted an unpleasant odor, which ruled out its use entirely during my stay. Additionally, the area around the pool could have benefited from more regular cleaning, as it felt neglected. I hoped for a better experience for a hotel marketed at a higher standing.
